Cancellation Policy

Cancellation with more than 48 hours’ notice is subject to a full refund.

Cancellation with less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours’ notice is subject to a 50% refund.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows are subject to NO refunds and NO credit.

Cancellation by the Captain due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances will result in a full refund or
credit.

All Merchant fees (5%) & VAT are absorbed by the Card Holder regardless of the cancellation circumstance.
